Mr Ngaga joined the UDSoL academic staff in the year 2019 as Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Public Law. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Law (Hons), 2017, from University of Dar es Salaam and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice,  Law School of Tanzania, 2018. Mr Ngaga’s is interested in Procedural laws such as the Law of Criminal and Civil Procedures. He is also interested in commercial and property laws.
